Dalai Lama Envoys: Back to India

Phayul.com today ran an article detailing the conclusion of the fifth round of talks between the exiled Tibetan Government and the Chinese. The delegation had arrived in Bejing on February 15 and departed after about a week of talks. It is expected that the envoys will brief His Holiness tomorrow.
