China has released detention and conviction details of Tibetan rebels

BEIJING: China has released details of detention and conviction of Tibetan rebels at a time when the UN Human Rights Council is examining Beijing's records on this sensitive issue. According to the data released, 76 people involved in rioting during the March 14 violence in Lhasa, have been sentenced by the courts while 950 have been detained.
