Dalai Lama begins teachings in Dharamsala

The Web India 123 web site today reported that the Dalai Lama has begun the teachings (Dec 12-16) on the Tenets - Precious Garland (Druptha Rinchen Trengwa) and on Eight Verses of Training the Mind (Lojong Tsik Gyayma) in Dharamsala, India at the main temple. According to this report:

The teaching session, which is an annual feature, is being held for Taiwanese and Korean Buddhists in the headquarters of the Tibetan Government-in-exile after a gap of two years.
