China: Dalai Lama must recognize Beijing's sovereignty over Tibet

Reuters India online ran an article today which discussed conditions which China has set down in order for the Dalai Lama to return to Tibet. The article states that China is willing to enter into a dialogue with representatives from His Holiness, but that "the exiled Tibetan god-king must recognize Beijing's sovereignty over the region if he is to return (to Tibet)".
